By using the TalkToMyATC app or the talktomyatc.fantastik.info website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. What the service is

TalkToMyATC is a study aid that teaches radiotelephony (RTF) phraseology to pilots and student pilots. It offers lessons, exercises and optional AI-assisted practice.

Important: TalkToMyATC is a study and practice tool. It does not replace official aviation training, authority publications or operational procedures. In real flight and operations, always follow current ICAO documents and the instructions of the competent authority. AI output may contain errors and must not be used as a single source of truth.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering.
You are responsible for the security of your account, including your password.
You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

When using the service you agree not to:

Attempt unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure, or bypass security.
Reverse engineer the app or overload it with automated or excessive requests.
Copy, distribute or commercially exploit the content without permission.
Use it unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

The app, design, the "TalkToMyATC" brand and original lesson content belong to the app's owner. ICAO phraseology patterns are based on publicly available standards; we claim no ownership over those standards themselves.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. As a study aid, we do not guarantee that the content is uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page; for significant changes we refresh the date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
